Joe turned 29 yesterday. It was a super crazy day- because I had company over in the morning-had to make joe's cake from scratch- which is never a good idea- and keep working on the bid for the house we are looking at. Joe was at work and then the DMV half the day so he could renew his licence that expired on his b-day :( Its just mean that they make it expire on your birthday.
So while I was talking to people in my kitchen- somehow ella found my only bottle of hard liquor and was wandering around with it. It is so funny- the people never saw it- because I kept taking it from her and hiding it in the back of our cabinets - so then ella would move all my pots and pans and get it out again- it was a fun game.
The cake was not a success- I am so sticking with funfetti next time- besides its "fun" and its "fetti" who doesn't love that?
Joe got the perfect pull up for his birthday from Ella and Ella helped him blow out all 29 of his candles- she kinda more spit on the candles - but it got the job done :)
After a long day it was time for bed- and I found the bottle again- where I find most of ella's treasures- in Midas' dish.
