Trip to Michigan

We went to Michigan the last week of June for Anthony's baptism.





We had a lot of fun there- we took the ferry across the river (lake?) to Michigan from Canada- We also went to the Binder Park Zoo and met the giraffes - which have really long and gross green tongues.

The Move!

Wow- we have been doing so much in the last 3 weeks!

One of the big things we did was take Ella and Zoe to Fantasy Island for the first time. Zoe loved it because she was being cuddled the whole time by Babcia- but Ella was a bit on the fence about some of the rides. She held on extra tight on most of the rides and had a nervous look on her face until the rides would stop. She had no idea what she was getting in to- she was happy to get on the rides and then really happy to get off them.


Joe and I even got to go on some big kid rides- It was very fun- but I think we still have a few years before we need season passes- Ella and Zoe are still just little peanuts.







The Big news is that we Moved!!!! Yay for no more Baer Road and all of its yuckiness. Everyday I am just shocked that we live in our nice new house. The house is super old so we are pretty overwhelmed by all the projects. Nothing is really done and there are boxes everywhere- but we are here and its ours and we love love love it. You can probaby tell from the pictures that we are so tired- Thanks everyone that has been helping! Especially Aunt Tawnya, the twins, Aunt Nancy and mom!
